The Phronesis Health Initiative team brings you Health: It’s Personal, conversations about all matters of health. Educators Sean Tingle and Kate Shively join forces with journalist McKenna Uhde to spread knowledge and help listeners know they’re not alone. With the help of experts, parents, adolescents and young adults, they get answers to the big questions: What are the cultural stigmas that deem mental health taboo? And why don’t we talk about sex? Through true stories and honest discussions, they encourage healthy dialogue, healing and growth. So grab a cuppa tea and let's get personal.

INTRODUCING

HEALTH: IT’S PERSONAL

Every Wednesday, join us as we explore all of the questions we had, and answers we wish we’d known, growing up. As adults, we understand the importance of an open dialogue between young people and their caregivers about all matters of health: mental, physical, sexual, financial and so much more. Together we will spread knowledge and tackle stigma through intimate and exciting stories from experts, parents, adolescents and young adults. Please join us for our first series on anxiety, as we touch base with health-care professionals, coaches and teens as they share their journeys in order to help others feel they’re not alone. So grab a cuppa tea and let's get personal.
